Welcome to Teagues Grove

 

The Teague's Grove  Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors welcomes you to your new home and Teague's Grove. We hope that you will have a successful move.

As you are aware, membership in our Homeowner’s Association is required, we invite you to support your new community. You are invited to attend our general meetings and will also receive the TGHOA newsletter.

The Teagues Grove  Homeowner’s Association, Inc. is made up of three standing committees and an Executive Board who are elected volunteer Teague's Grove residents that work to maintain the quality of life in Teagues Grove. The standing committees are the Teagues Grove Advisory Committee, the Landscape Committee and the Covenants/Restrictions Committee. The TGHOA sponsors community events and maintains common areas such as the swimming pool and the Teagues Grove entryway. The TGHOA also represents Teagues Grove in dealing with governmental agencies by giving input regarding new developments, open space and roadways around Teagues Grove. The TGHOA keeps Teagues Grove residents informed on issues that impact our community via the quarterly newsletter, “Teagues Grove Minutes.”

The Teagues Grove Advisory Committee reviews and approves new building and exterior remodeling (such as painting, decks, fences, replacement roofs) of homes in Teagues Grove to ensure compliance with Teagues Grove Covenants/Restrictions. The intention of the Covenants is to protect our scenic environment and maintain the value of our homes. Again, welcome to Teagues Grove. Please feel free to call or email us with any questions about your new community. We need the support of every resident to preserve and protect the amenities of this beautiful and unique development. We sincerely hope you will support these efforts.

The Teagues Grove Advisory Committee (TGAC)

    • Architect Standards - The Protective Covenants for Teagues Grove charge the TG Advisory Committee with the duty of insuring that exterior alterations to the homes in Teagues Grove conform to a standard of quality workmanship, quality materials and a harmony of design within the community. The Committee has developed these Architectural Standards to guide its decision making process and to assist homeowners planning alterations to their homes. For a copy go to Download Forms.
